Delivery
At LayUp, all products are custom-made to order. Because of this, our delivery process is slightly different from standard retail — but it ensures you receive high-quality, fully customised gear made specifically for your club or organisation.
Production & Dispatch Timeframes
Once your order is confirmed and approved, production begins.
- Standard production time: 2–4 weeks
- This includes manufacturing, quality checks, and preparation for dispatch
As all items are made from scratch, production times may vary depending on:
- Order size
- Level of customisation
- Seasonal demand (e.g. pre-season periods)
We recommend allowing sufficient time when planning for competitions, events, or season start dates.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is completed, we will arrange delivery via a trusted courier or postal service.

- Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched
For regional or remote areas, please allow additional delivery time.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.
While we do everything possible to meet expected timelines, LayUp is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Public holidays or peak shipping periods
- External factors outside of our control
Samples
Samples (where applicable) will also be shipped via courier or postal service.
- Sample delivery timeframes will be communicated during the design and sampling process
- In most cases, samples are provided free of charge, however shipping costs may apply depending on location
Large Orders & Bulk Shipping
For larger orders or bulk shipments, particularly to regional or remote areas:
- Additional freight charges may apply
- We will notify you in advance if this is the case
